Student Satisfaction Survey

Since 2017, student satisfaction survey have been conducted by Quality Assurance Office annually to gather the first hand information from students of Bachelor, Master and PhD degree programmes in order to evaluate the quality of registration service, teaching and learning, facilities and dormitory, employability, and institutional managment, etc. for further improvement.

Lottery and Results

The Student Satisfaction Survey for the Academic Year 2022-2023 was successfully conducted during May. In order to encourage current students to actively participate, Quality Assurance Office has added a lottery this year. After completing the questionnaire and filling in a valid student ID number, students can participate in the lottery.
 

On June 9, 2023, Rector Prof. Liu  has selected 123 winners by random drawing which was witnessed by Vice Rector Chin Chee Seong (Teaching and Learning Affairs), Acting Head of Quality Assurance Office, Ms. Joann Wong, and colleagues.

The list of winners is shown as below:

*A valid student ID card must be presented for verification when obtaining the award.

Winners will receive a notification via the university’s email account, and please go to the Quality Assurance Office (Rm A101, 1/F, Administrative Building) during the office hours to claim the prize on or before 15 September, 2023. Failure to do so will be deemed as giving up. If it is the case, another lottery will be arranged and we will contact alternate winners for prize redemption. The winners of the first, second and third prizes will be notified in person for the prize redemption. If you need someone else to collect on your behalf, you must fill in the authorization letter and have the representative bring the original letter of authorization and identification documents of both parties to Quality Assurance Office to collect the prize.

Student Satisfaction Survey for the Academic Year 2022-2023 is Now Available

Quality Assurance Office sincerely invites all CityU students to participate the “Student Satisfaction Survey” from 8 May (Monday) to 19 May (Friday), 2023. Students who complete the survey will have the opportunity to receive a prize like iPad, Sony earphone, & Xiaomi smart band 7, etc. (please refer to the poster for lottery instructions and prize details). We hope you will actively participate the survey and express your opinion. Your feedback is an important basis for the University’s continuous improvement.
 
 

Please press the “Submit” button to submit the completed survey. No other operations are required,  your student number will automatically be recorded into our lottery list. To protect your privacy, the information collected in the questionnaire will only be used for statistical analysis, and the student number will only be used for lottery purposes. Thank you very much for taking your time to patiently answer the questions. Each of your feedback is the driving force for the University’s progress!
